1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on product type).

Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel

  • Earrings or jewelry

  • Sale or discounted items (“Final Sale” marked products)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and address details.

  4. Ship the item safely back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In case of partial returns (multiple items), only the returned item’s value will be refunded.

5. Exchanges

We offer size or color exchanges where stock is available.
If the requested size or color is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
